Factory totally covers area of 38,000 square meters , employ staffs more than 200 and produce casters 40,000 pieces per day.
We have full set casters production lines including: automatic casting production line, PU pouring production line, automatic galvanization line,automatic injection molding line , automatic 50tons to 600tons stamping equipment, automatic welding equipment, automatic riveting equipment ,automatic assembling and packaging equipment. Each production process for casters has to go through the first inspection and process inspection to ensure casters’ quality.
